Booking Our Facilities
How to book meeting rooms at Carrochan, Balloch
Our multi-award-winning
headquarters building, Carrochan, has three outstanding meeting room facilities
which are available for external use.
The Breadalbane Room, John
Muir Suite and Robert Grieve Suite are available on weekdays between 9am and 9pm
and at weekends (by prior arrangement) between 9am and 5pm.
We welcome room bookings from any of the following:
- Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority (group 1). Understandably, priority will be given to all Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority staff and Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), Community Partnership and Friends of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs colleagues who share office accommodation at Carrochan.
- Partner organisations (group 2). We want to maximise, as far as capacity and management resources allow, the use of our meetings rooms by partner organisations. We offer a discount of 50% on charges. Click here for a list of partner organisations.
- Local community groups (group 3). We gladly accept bookings from local community groups who work closely with the Park. Fees will be confirmed on request.
- Commercial Businesses (group 4).
Private organisations and enterprises are also welcome to use our facilities subject
to availability.
Catering
costs are the responsibility of the organiser but we are happy to give you
details of local catering suppliers.
The cost of hiring the meeting rooms at Carrochan is more
expensive at weekends due to higher staffing costs. Weekend discounts may be
available but must be approved by contacting Facilities Manager Sharon Jump.
