If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at rock climbing, abseiling, kayaking, orienteering or even scuba diving, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park along with Forestry Commission Scotland is holding an Outdoor Recreation Festival at Glenbranter in the Argyll Forest.

 

Activ8 is an action-packed day and suitable for all the family. It combines the stunning natural environment of Cowal with the expertise of local and national outdoor pursuit instructors.

 

Other activities include tai-chi, geocaching, guided walks and wildlife photography. This is a free event but there may be a small charge for some of the activities. No booking required. Bring appropriate outdoor clothing, suitable footwear and midge repellent.
