Facilities Coordinator

Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park covers over 720 square miles of Scotland’s finest countryside which welcomes over 4 million visitors each year. From the stunning sea lochs and rugged coastline through the majestic glens and breathtaking Loch & Ben Lomond, Scotland’s first National Park truly is a magical place.

  • Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Salary: £16,320 – £21,031 per annum, Pro Rata (Band A)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 11.30am, total hours per week 22.5.
  • Location: Balloch
  • Reference: NPA/Feb/2018/01

You will assist in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our National Park buildings and assets, including the day to day running of building security, building maintenance, building management system, in house facility services and any Health & Safety issues.

Ideally you will have a trade background coupled with experience of working in a busy environment; therefore you will have excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. As all our systems and process are computer based it is essential that you are computer literate with a knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
