We are looking for an Estates Surveyor with a background in commercial property to help manage our in-house portfolio of property assets, who will enhance rental income, work with other professionals to bring forward new commercial development, assess viability, undertake rent reviews, improve the visitor experience and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Salary: £28,203 – £33,950 per annum (Band D)
Working hours: Monday- Friday (37 hours per week)
Location: Based at National Park Headquarters, Balloch
You should be flexible and willing to work in a unique environment, being adaptable and confident to turn your hand to all areas of estate management. You will have an innovative approach, with and the ability to spot opportunities and creative solutions, including identifying ways to generate income.
This role would suit an MRICS qualified Commercial/Estates Surveyor with previous experience within an Estates Management position, including landlord and tenant, as well as the evaluation, interpretation and preparation of reports and business cases.
