Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority is committed to advancing the Scottish Government’s Fair Work First criteria and fair working practices, specifically:

  • having appropriate channels for effective voice, such as our JNPF (Joint Negotiating & Partnership Forum)
  • investment in workforce development;
  • no inappropriate use of zero hours contracts;
  • action to tackle the gender pay gap and create a more diverse and inclusive workplace;
