Gaelic Language Plan Consultation 2017 – 2022

The second iteration of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park’s Gaelic Language Plan will run from 2017 – 2022 and is now under consultation until the 5th of April.

The aim of this second plan is to bring the Gaelic history and culture of the Park alive through in-person engagement and educational opportunities – primarily through the work of our Volunteer, Education and Engagement team. The second plan will also continue the work of the first plan growing the range of physical and digital resources that are vital tools for educational work.

We are proud to present this Gaelic Language Plan as confirmation of our organisation’s commitment to the language and welcome feedback on the consultation draft available on this page and in libraries.

You can download a copy of the Plan at the bottom of this webpage or read a copy of the plan at any of these public locations as of 16th January 2017.

Co-chomhairle air Plana Gàidhlig 2017 – 2022

Thathar a’ dèanamh co-chomhairle aig an àm seo air an dàrna tionndadh den Phlana Gàidhlig aig Pàirc Nàiseanta Loch Laomainn is nan Tròisichean, a bhios an gnìomh eadar 2017 agus 2022.

‘S e amas an dàrna plana seo a bhith a’ toirt beò eachdraidh agus cultar Gàidhlig na Pàirce tro obair le daoine fa leth agus tro chothroman foghlaim – gu sònraichte tron obair aig an sgioba Saor-thoilich, Foghlaim agus So-ruigsinn againn. Bidh an dàrna plana cuideachd a’ togail air obair a’ chiad phlana agus e a’ cur ris an fharsaingeachd de ghoireasan agus goireasan digiteach a tha cho cudromach airson obair foghlaim.

Tha sinn fìor mhoiteil a bhith a’ foillseachadh a’ Phlana Ghàidhlig seo mar daingneachadh air taic na buidhne againn don chànan, agus tha sinn a’ cur fàilte air beachdan air an dreachd cho-chomhairleachaidh seo, a tha ri fhaighinn air an duilleag seo, agus ann an leabharlannan.

Faodaidh tu am Plana a luchdadh a-nuas aig bonn na duilleig seo no faodaidh tu lethbhreac den phlana a leughadh aig gin de na h-àiteachan poblach seo bho 16 Faoilleach 2017.
