We support our National Park communities to develop and deliver projects that benefit local people.

Here are some of the community-led projects we’re supporting:

Historic Kilmun

The Argyll Mausoleum was a traditional burial place for the Earls and Dukes of Argyll (Chiefs of the Clan Campbell) from the 14th Century until 1949 and holds a place of pride within the community.

Hogback Stone – Luss

Paths in the Park

In 2011, communities in the Park identified through their Community Action Plans the desire to develop local paths. As these aspirations also met our National Park aims, a framework was developed in 2012 called Paths in the Park.
