Below, you’ll find our five equality outcomes. These provide a framework for promoting equality within our organisation and the work we do to deliver the National Park Partnership Plan.
You’ll also find our April 2015 Mainstreaming and Equalities Outcomes Report 2015, which is our formal progress report against these outcomes. We are required produce this report every two years.
This report demonstrates how equality is embedded into the day to day work and functions of the National Park Authority, including details of staff composition, as well as our Equal Pay Statement, which sets out our policy on equal pay and occupational segregation.
In 2017 we will publish a new set of Equality Outcomes.
