Local Plan Examination - DPEA Report
We submitted our Finalised Draft Local Plan to Scottish Ministers on 30 November 2010 to request an examination of unresolved representations.
The Scottish Government’s Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals (DPEA) administers this process and appointed Miss Janet M McNair MA(Hons) MPhil MRTPI, Mr David Buylla BA(Hons) MRTPI and Mr Iain G Lumsden MA(Hons) MSc MRTPI to examine the unresolved representations to the Plan following the public consultation between February and April 2010.
