Walk in the Park health walks

Walk in the Park health walks utilise the beautiful and nurturing surroundings of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Starting from just seven, there are now over 100 walkers taking part in Aberfoyle, Arrochar, Balloch, Callander, Drymen and Killin.

Walks are a free, fun and easy way to get fit and feel better – it’s  also a great way to meet new people!

There’s no need to book and everyone’s welcome!

The Arrochar Walk in the Park

What to expect

All walks aim to be accessible and interesting for everyone:

  • They last about 45 minutes
  • The routes are mostly flat, with slight inclines
  • They have good walking surfaces
  • Some are around the town, others out in the countryside

There are also strength and balance sessions to build your confidence, if you are unsure about joining the group immediately.
