Job Title:  ICT Technician

Salary: £22,735 – £25,104 (band B)

Working Hours: 37 Hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Contract:  Permanent

Location: Balloch

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Technician to join our ICT/GIS team providing ICT support services for Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast paced and high performing organisation at a truly exciting time for the ICT team with major projects and Digital Transformation on the horizon.

You will have a recognised computing or other relevant qualification at HND level, together with experience of working in a similar ICT support role. You will possess good analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

We are looking for an experienced ICT professional to join our small and dedicated team where you will benefit from getting experience in all aspects of ICT provision. Some of your key responsibilities will be to provide a 1st line helpdesk service including user training, along with rolling out new equipment and have the opportunity to get involved in some great projects, therefore organisational and interpersonal skills are essential as is being able to prioritise your workload.
