  • Job Title: Support Assistant x 2
  • Salary: £17,385 – £22,312 (Band A)
  • Working Hours: 1 x 30 and 1 x 37 hours per week, (Monday- Friday)
  • Contract: 5 months fixed term (with possibility of extension)
  • Location: National Park Headquarters, Balloch

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Support Assistants to join our Executive Support, Strategy & Policy team providing efficient and effective office administrative support services for Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park.

You will have experience of working in a customer focussed office environment. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft packages, with the ability to multitask and work on your own initiative.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to provide support in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, for example design forms and administrative procedures. You will also provide advice, information and guidance to internal and external customers for queries or issues in relation to our camping booking system and other business procedures in addition to a variety of other administrative tasks.
