Access to a West Highland Way bridge will be limited at Beinglas Farm next week while work is carried out on the construction of a new bridge.
Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park are replacing the existing bridge as it is no longer fit for purpose and posed a number of access issues. The new bridge will provide barrier free access, including ramped access from the south approach and a wider clear width across the bridge.
Due to the type of work required, access will be limited from Monday 21 to Friday 25 November. We would advise that the public avoid the area during this period.
Anybody who does use this route during this period should expect delays. This is to allow the contractor to safely guide users during periods where there are no critical construction works taking place.
