Loch Lomond Byelaw Review 2012
Following the public consultation, and approval of the
proposed amendments by the National Park Board, the Draft Byelaws were sent to
Scottish Government at the end of October 2012 for a final month of consultation.
This
formal notification period on the proposed changes to the Loch Lomond Byelaws
ended on 30 November 2012.
Scottish Ministers approved the proposed changes
to the Byelaws in February 2013 , and the revised Loch Lomond Byelaws 2013 were
formally implemented on 1 April 2013.
