Meetings

Our Standing Orders set out how the meetings operate. Different types of applications are considered at the meetings; to find out more read our Scheme of Delegation. The Scheme of Delegation for Access advises of how the Access functions of the Park Authority are handled.

Depending on the items on the agenda, the location of meetings may vary. If a site visit is being held before the meeting, the meeting will usually be at a venue as near to the site as possible.

Notice of meetings will be placed at our offices in Balloch and Callander, on our website and may be displayed at the Headquarters of each of the four Councils within the Park area.

Agendas and papers for Planning and Access Committee meetings are posted on this site at least three days before each meeting.

Speaking at the Committee

If you’ve given us a written objection to a planning application, you may be able to speak at the Planning and Access Committee meeting. If you’d like to speak then you must complete and return our Participation Form before the stated deadline ahead of the meeting.
