At Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority, we’re committed to making the National Park a place where everyone feels welcome – whether you live here, work with us, volunteer, or come to visit.
Our Equality Mainstreaming Report 2021–2025 highlights the real progress we’ve made so far, from making efforts to build a more diverse team of staff, volunteers and Board members, to taking steps to improve access across the National Park so more people can enjoy it. We’ve introduced more accessible facilities, worked closely with a range of community groups, and made sure that more voices are heard when we make major decisions about our National Park’s future.
We know we have a lot more work to do, and that creating a truly inclusive National Park is an ongoing journey. That’s why we’ve also set new Equality Outcomes for 2025–2029, building on what we’ve learned and strengthening our commitment to fairness, accessibility, and inclusion for everyone who visits, lives, or works here.
