Toilets in the National Park

There are several toilets and comfort schemes in the National Park, however if you are heading out somewhere more remote you might want to ‘go’ before you go, so here’s a handy list of toilets available around the National Park to help you plan your visit.

Balmaha Visitor Centre (costs 30p, incl. disabled toilet)

  • 9.30am – 4.30pm (1 March to 30 May & 1 September – 31 October)

  • 9.30am – 4pm (1 November – 31 March, weekends only)

Tarbet Pier (free, incl. disabled toilet)

  • closed for refurbishment from 22 July – late August

Comfort schemes mean that toilets in local businesses or buildings are available for public use at no cost, regardless of whether or not they are a customer.
