Job Title: Land Management Adviser
Salary: £35,122 – £42,092 (Band D) per annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week – we are happy to talk part time and flexible working.
Contract: Permanent
Location: Balloch, with hybrid working model in place
The Role:
We are looking for an excellent Land Management Adviser to join our high-performing Nature and Land Use Team. We lead the National Park Authority’s delivery of the National Park Partnership Plan outcomes for regenerative land use, deer management, designated sites, woodlands, water bodies, landscape quality, flood management, invasive species, peatlands, and other outcomes that we need to deliver on to address the Climate Emergency and Biodiversity Crisis.
With a strong track record of working in successful collaboration with land managers, a background in farming, land management and / or conservation and ideally with professional recognition e.g. RICS, MCIEEM, ICF or comparable membership, you will be well placed to play a vital part in ensuring that the National Park Authority continues its engagement with private, public and third sector land owners and managers in the National Park.
