The best event organisers always have an emergency kit to hand on the day to help respond to last minute problems. What if a toilet goes out of order? What if your invited guest forgot to take their VIP wrist band? Below is a list of suggested items to keep close to hand on the day.
- Key contacts – everyone should have this and you should have spare copies
- Hand held people counters – particularly if your event is un-ticketed
- Event running order – everyone should have this and you should have spare copies
- Power block to extend phone battery life
- Spare batteries for radios
- Blank signs and markers & staple gun
- First aid kit
- Spare programmes, VIP passes, parking passes etc
- Bin bags
- Water
