Case studies

The ‘Events & Festivals’ seminar attended in September 2018 by businesses across the National Park focused on several case studies. Each event case study was presented by the founder, coordinator or director, able to share a breadth of hands-on experience across all the components of a major event including vision and strategy, funding, ticketing, media coverage and volunteer support. A few case studies are summarised here.
