Following the decision by the National Park Authority Board on 31st October 2022 to refuse the application for a marine fish farm below Beinn Reithe, Loch Long, an appeal was submitted on 3rd February 2023.
The appeal is now being considered by the Scottish Government’s Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA).
