A special meeting of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority Board will be held at Three Villages Hall, Shore Road, Arrochar from 2:00pm on Monday 31st October to determine the planning application (2021/0357/DET) relating to the installation of a marine fish farm and associated development including shore base, slipway and pontoon and road upgrades at Beinn Reithe, Loch Long. This meeting will be accessible for members of the public to attend in person. Please note that this meeting in the community will not be available online via livestream.
There will be a site visit preceding the Special Board Meeting, commencing at the railway bridge on Tulloch Road from 10:20am, proceeding in vehicles to the proposed site of the application at the bottom of Beinn Reithe, Loch Long. Members of the public are able to observe the site visit at their own risk, making their own transport arrangements. Please note that the site visit will require walking on uneven ground with wet and muddy underfoot conditions for an extended period – appropriate waterproof footwear with ankle support is recommended.
