Callander Development and Flood Risk Guide

The Callander Development and Flood Risk Guide is designed to assist applicants consider flood risk when preparing applications for planning permission. The document was adopted by the Planning and Access Committee on 5 November 2012.

The guidance contains the following:

  • Information on the different sources of flooding in Callander.
  • Identified areas where flood risk should be considered when seeking planning permission.
  • Flood risk mitigation measures which can be incorporated into the design of new developments.
