Equality Mainstreaming & Equality Outcome Report 2025
We remain committed to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across all our functions, in accordance with our obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
This Equality Mainstreaming Report summarises the tangible progress made from 2021 to 2025. These achievements include continued actions to increase organisational and governance diversity, significant improvements in accessible infrastructure and visitor services, and enhanced inclusivity in public engagement and decision-making processes.
We recognise that the journey towards full inclusivity is ongoing. We have set new Equality Outcomes for 2025–2029 that reflect lessons learned and reaffirm our dedication to making the National Park inclusive for all. This commitment is also embedded in our National Park Partnership Plan 2024–2029 and our Corporate Plan 2025–2030.
