16 September 2024 National Park Authority Board Meeting

A meeting of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority Board will be held at Lomond Parish Church on Monday 16th September 2024.

This meeting will be used to determine planning application 2022/0157/PPP relating to land at Pier Road, Ben Lomond Way and Old Luss Road, known as West Riverside and Woodbank House (Lomond Banks), Balloch.

This meeting will be accessible for members of the public to attend in person (numbers will be limited by venue capacity) and the meeting will be livestreamed on our website for members of the public to view.

Please note that while members of the public are able to attend this meeting, they are only able to do so to observe – only those who have successfully applied to speak in advance of the meeting will be able to contribute on the day.

Site Visit

A Site Visit for this planning application will take place on the morning of Monday 16th September 2024 prior to the Hearing and Determination Meeting. The site visit will take place from 09:30hrs. The starting point for the site visit will be outside the VisitScotland Visitor Information Centre, Old Station Building, Balloch Rd, Balloch, G83 8SS.

Hearing and Determination Meeting

The hearing and determination meeting are scheduled to take place from 13:15hrs at Lomond Parish Church, Balloch, G83 8RJ.
