Information responses
We realise that some information that is released in response to a Freedom of Information or Environmental Information request is of interest to the wider public as well as to the original requester.
Below you’ll find information released by the Park Authority as a result of enquiries made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
Where a response has included extensive appendices, or information was provided to a requester in another format, this information may not be published on our log, but is available on request.
Information related to very specific, individually focused issues may not be suitable for wider publication, as without understanding the context of the information it wouldn’t necessarily be useful to anyone other than the original requester.
Some information may not have been published where we have applied Data Protection principles. Completed request files are retained for 5 years before disposal in accordance with our retention schedule. Response letters will also be removed from the disclosure log after 5 years.
